Older cDNA clonal analyses

We have previously generated cDNA libraries for early blastemal stages of limb regeneration in Bluescript vectors. The early blastemal cDNA clone dataset consists of 2309 ESTs representing 980,511 high quality read nucleotides.


  • Search the early blastemal (4 days post autotomy) Celuca pugilator cDNA sequence data using Blastall to retrieve individual cDNA clones with their library identifier

  • Perform a keyword search of the results of blastn, blastx, tblastx search of the GenBank databases using the early blastemal Celuca pugilator cDNA unigene database.

    We also have sequenced over 1,192 cDNA clones from a late proecdysial limb bud Celuca pugilator cDNA library. This dataset consists of 1337 ESTs representing 706,409 high quality read nucleotides.

  • Perform a keyword search of the results of blastn, blastx, tblastx search of the GenBank databases using the late pre-molt Celuca pugilator cDNA unigene database.
