The template display plots information contained within a single contig. This information includes readings, templates, tags, restriction enzyme sites and quality calculations. In the figure below all of these information types can be seen.
The large top section contains the readings shown as short arrowed lines, and
the templates shown as longer (mostly blue) lines. Beneath this is the quality
plot. Beneath that is the restriction enzyme plot. At the bottom is the ruler.
The coloured blocks immediately above and below the ruler are tags. These tags
can also be seen on their corresponding readings in the large top section.
As with many other displays, the usual zooming mechanism is available.
