To delete a result, first select the result or multiple results using the left mouse button and the select the "Delete result" option of the Results popup or "Selected" menu.
Similarly, to delete an Entryname, first select the Entryname or multiple Entrynames using the left mouse button and the select the "Delete entryname" option of the Entryname popup or "Selected" menu.
