Directions to the Roe Laboratory at the Stephenson Research and Technology Center
Directions coming from the North (Oklahoma City and OKC Airport)
So assuming you will be renting a car at the Oklahoma City Airport the car rental
agency can direct you out of the airport to I-240. Take I-240 EAST for about
5 miles until I-35. Follow the signs to Dallas, and go SOUTH on I-35.
After about 10 miles there will be a exit to Norman from the left lane.
DO NOT TAKE THAT but continue SOUTH from the right 3 lanes for another
2-3 miles. The next exit on I-35 is Robinson Street and within a mile
of that is the Main Street Exit and one mile later is the exit to Highway 9. Take the Highway 9 Exit, follow the exit road South parallel to I-35
I-35 under the Lindsay Street/I-35 overpass and then exit to the right.
This exit ramp hooks back to the East (left) and passes over I-35. Follow Highway 9 EAST for about 2 miles to the 5th traffic light (Jenkins Street). Turn left on Jenkins (to the North) and within 200 feet turn right (east) onto
David L. Boren Blvd (aka Constellation). Then enter the parking lot on the
east side of the Stephenson Research and Technology Center (first left on
David L. Boren Blvd. If you have Mapquest, you can find the map below
by entering 101 Constellation, Norman, Ok. That was the old address before
the Regents changed the name of Constellation to David L. Boren Blvd.
The main entrance to Stephenson is on the North end and our laboratory
is on the second floor, west side. My office is in the south-west end
of the building, second floor, room 2107.
Directions coming from the South (Dallas)
Approaching Norman from the south on I-35 you will cross the South
Canadian River and take the first exit to Highway 9 going East.
Then, go to the 5th traffic light and turn north, left on Jenkins. Within 200 feet turn right (east) onto
David L. Boren Blvd (aka Constellation). Then enter the parking lot on the
east side of the Stephenson Research and Technology Center (first left on
David L. Boren Blvd. If you have Mapquest, you can find the map below

The university has a bus service that connects most of Norman
to the campus. A route map can be found here.
